This policy explains what the UniqAI iOS app ("UniqAI", "we") collects, why, and who processes it. UniqAI is operated by Uladzislau Yasinski, a sole proprietor (NIP 5273049048), ul. Michała Kleofasa Ogińskiego 11 lok. 9, 03-318 Warsaw, Poland (data controller). Contact: [email protected].
1. Data we collect

We do not collect precise location, contacts, health or financial information, and we do not use your data for cross-app tracking or advertising.
2. Third-party AI and service providers
To generate content, the photos, prompts and messages you submit are sent to third-party AI providers. The app asks for your consent before the first submission; you can withdraw it at any time in Settings, and generation stays off until you grant it again. A photo you attach is kept in your private storage; the AI provider receives it only through a signed link that expires after 1 hour.

3. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account and associated data in the app (Me → Settings → Delete account) or by emailing us. Purchase records may be retained where the law requires it.
4. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK and California), you may request access, correction, deletion or export of your data, and object to or restrict processing. Email [email protected]; we respond within 30 days.
5. Children
UniqAI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to stored data is restricted per user by database access rules.
7. Changes
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date.
